Return and Refund Policy Overview

At Nutreemill Naturals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns 

We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return
    Authorization
    : Once approved, we will provide you with a return
    authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping:
    Please return the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible
    for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and
notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will
process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to
your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping
    costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds
    may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on
    your bank or payment provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Non Returnable Items 

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened
    or used oils
  • Gift
    cards
  • Discounted
    or sale items

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
